Nautilus features

In keeping with our entire Farley product range, flexibility extends to the tooling on each system. Multiple waterjet heads can be incorporated, subject to the capacity of the pump. Automatic bevelling heads can be added so that parts can be cut with weld prep all in one pass, saving great amounts of time in secondary processing and improving accuracy and repeatability at the same time. Optional plate marking tools can also be integrated with the waterjet.

If there is a need to produce straight edges and intricate parts, even on very thick materials, Nautilus can flawlessly produce the finish required. This level of accuracy can be required in parts ranging from control panels (with many small holes) to large architectural pieces in marble and granite.

For contract cutting operations, Nautilus can add substantial new processing capabilities. Run in conjunction with a standard plasma cutting machine, this setup gives the operator the flexibility to process an extensive range of materials and to select the most appropriate cutting technology for each job.
