Farley systems offer a range of plate marking tools to suit your particular application. These include plasma, powder, inkjet, indent, engraving and pen marking. These tools, each individually programmable through the Farley PDF, can be used for marking the plate or components with fold lines, weld lines, drill points etc. the inkjet marking system, the plasma marker and the engraver can also be utilized for inscribing reference numbers on individual parts.

A number of ancillary tooling options are also available for additional processing of components prior to the next stage of manufacture. These include a spot drill for locating and preparing drill points. This system features fully automatic feed and depth stop and utilizes a separate initial height sensing system and raise/lower function, all fully controlled via the CNC.
