NEW FARLEY DROSS BOX FUME EXTRACTION TABLE
New Farley Dross box avaliable on the TruEdge II and Magician Drill
The TruEdge II and Magician Drill dross box moves along with the beam under the table supplying suction of the plasma fumes and catching any dross material. The dross box is carried by a carriage so that the whole dross box can be easily removed for cleaning.
The table will be supplied with a spare dross box so that the box can be swapped out and taken away for cleaning without affecting the machines uptime.
Metal plates to be processed are supported on consumable steel bars which are individually replaceable with 100mm X 5mm mild steel merchant flat bar and are angled at 15 degrees to provide less cutting interference and improved slat life.
TruEdge I tables are self contained, floor mounted plate support systems, incorporating a twin side fume duct facility to accommodate the Plasma cutting processes.
