Laser BEVEL Cutting Machine
WALC Wide Area Laser Bevel Cutting Machines by Laserlab are designed special for beveling cutting thicker materials with bigger sizes. It can process many different shapes of bevel, such as V,X,Y, and etc, with bevel scope +/-45°. It can process the bevel in one time without milling. With high cutting precision, cutting edge equality, less heat distortion, nice cutting quality, high efficiency and resource saving, it has been widely used for many industry lines, such as ship building, construction mechanism, ocean engineering, steel structure, bridge, machine manufacturing, and etc. World famous company Case, Caterpillar, Komatsu, Fiat Allis, JCB, Gradall and others have already adopted Farley Laserlab’s WALC Bevel Cutting Machine.
With max. 6000W laser source, this machine can profile any shape mild steel till to 30MM and stainless steel till to 12mm.
The machine can process plate up to 6m wide and 50m long in one set up.
